Michelle Fabre - You Stole My Makeup

Fast-rising young artist Michelle Fabre drops another hit single with ‘You Stole My Makeup’

LONG ISLAND, NY – Michelle Fabre is different than any other female artist in the game today. Her voice is individual … unique. She’s not your cookie-cutter Pop princess or the typical raspy-voiced rocker. Instead, her vocal talents and music-making ability are genre-bending in the best of ways. Her versatility as an artist nods to some of her influences – such as Dua Lipa, Shawn Mendez, BTS, Amy Winehouse, Santana, Janis Joplin, Bob Dylan and more – but at the end of the day her originality shines through everything she does.

That originality takes center stage with her new 12-song album “Find Your Fire.” Exploring themes of persistence and passion, the album takes a close look at what it takes to realize one’s dreams. Fabre said it’s the kind of album that will help people “find what their passion is and use it to get out of hard situations.” A truly motivational project that injects listeners with the fuel to push forward through life’s difficulties, “Find Your Fire” is the kind of album that is destined to put Fabre on the international stage.

The latest release from that project is the hit single “You Stole My Makeup.” Inspired by an actual real-life situation in which a friend stole her makeup, the song is a Dance/Pop fusion that’s filled with upbeat energy and just a fun song to enjoy with friends. It’s already been getting a lot of radio play along the East Coast with more than 10 stations putting it on regular rotation, and has been used by more than a dozen different TikTok influencers in various videos.

“I intended for this one to be very dance-able and something that you would see on today’s top hits,” she said. “Usually, I like to lean a little toward that 80s sound that’s also very popular today, but this one is a little more current with a strong hook.”

At only 24-years-old, Fabre has stamped herself as an eclectic singer and songwriter who demands attention. She’s been creating quite a buzz among industry insiders and fans alike since she was age 4, when she was featured on her first national commercial for Eskimo Pie. Since that time she’s performed on commercials for other major brands including Zwinky Cuties, Long Island Aquarium, Sam’s Club, Goodyear, Hertz Corp., Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader, and Nu Skin. At age 12 hit producer Jimmy Wisner (who has produced hit records for Barbra Streisand, Tommy James, Neil Sadaka and more) took a liking to her voice and used her on backup vocals for many of his projects. Fabre has also been a regular performer in musical theater in and around New York in shows such as Aladdin, Guys and Dolls, and Oliver.

YB Linkz - Feanin

YB Linkz continues to ride wave of success with hit summer club banger ‘Feanin’

BROOKLYN, NY – A hot new club banger from East Coast artist YB Linkz has been creating quite a buzz throughout New York and expanding regions thanks to its upbeat vibes and sexy sound. “Feanin” is a song that YB describes as “dirty Pop with a Hip-Hop feel.” It’s a song he said feels like a strip club kind of song, but with a twist that includes R&B vibes that make it more smooth than raw. Featuring fellow East Coast artist A. Vinchi, the song serves as a platform for the two artists to display their impressive flow as they bounce back-and-forth with raps that explore their mutual desire for a gorgeous woman in the club.

“Basically we’ve created a concept where we’re both lusting over her,” YB Linkz said. “He’s the player and I’m the smooth guy. He wants to marry her, but I’m just trying to get with her. It’s kind of raunchy in some ways, if you think about it, but the vibe is just a fun club banger. It’s a hit, for sure.”

Originally known by the name Linxy Boi, and then eventually Linkz, today YB Linkz has developed a reputation in the industry as one of the hottest independent artists active around the world. It doesn’t matter who’s track he’s on, he absorbs the vibe and becomes more than merely another collaboration. Working alongside of the some of the biggest names in the industry, YB Linkz has developed a reputation as the go-to guy for hits.

To understand his genius as an artist, YB Linkz is quit to point new fans to his Caribbean roots and a unique sound and style that’s been inspired by artists such as Chris Brown, Rihanna and Busta Rhymez. He also uses inspiration from EDM and other various genres to make a fusion of sound that can only be described as original – or, in his words, “Jumbalaya Flow.”

“I want my music to be big,” he said. “At its purest form its Pop, but less Backstreet Boys and more dirty Pop. I am singing melodies and giving you a story, but It’s not a cookie-cutter kind of sound. I’m putting thought into what I’m creating and I’m speaking with people and giving them great stories. I have that Drake kind of sound, but I had it before Drake was even a thought – I’ve been doing that since the mid-2000s when I first started recording. I had to switch my style up and have done some things differently over the years – recently going to more of a rap style. I like to battle rap, and you can tell that with my flow. But more than anything I’m just going to be me. I cross lyrical content with keep the same flow I’m known for, and I’m Caribbean and I apply that to my music, as well. I’m taking all that with me into the studio and making crazy-ass hits.”

Buddha’s Sister - All Your Noise

Buddha’s Sister releases title track for her

new album ‘All Your Noise’

VANCOUVER, WA – The latest album from underground artist Buddha’s Sister is an impressive blend of genres with an EDM vibe. It’s a song that embraces ethereal House music, albeit with a bit of an alt rock edge. “All Your Noise” is an album and song that explores the effects of negative thoughts in combination with everyday experiences and how those thoughts can corrode an otherwise healthy relationship with oneself, others and the world around us.

“If you’re going to continue to think about only bad things, you’re not focusing on being productive.  Lift up your mind however you can, even if that just means physically looking to the sky” Buddha’s Sister said. “There’s a lot of noise going on in the world right now and this song explores the effects of negativity in conjunction with working to keep a positive outlook.”

Her newest album “All Your Noise” is slated for release across all streaming platforms on Oct. 1. Inspired by many of the issues happening now throughout the world and over the past couple of years, the album is a collection of topics that explore positivity and the escape from dark thoughts and depressive moods and are prevalent and unavoidable.  It’s a project that Buddha’s Sister considered her best work yet, rhythmic, poetic and melodic with sounds that invite listeners to vibe with.

“My sound is influenced by a lot of different styles and genres,” Buddha’s Sister said. “I am a music enthusiast – I listen to everything, if it grooves, I can dig it.  Ultimately, I like to express myself in a poetically lyrical way that’s poignant, unique and which hopefully helps to paints a picture for the listener where they can find themselves and relate.”

Buddha’s Sister has developed her unique style of expression over the last 20 years of song-writing and performing.  She is known for being an artist who is honest, authentic and expressive. Her music showcases a woman with a free spirit who endeavors to help others look at the brighter side of things and use music as a means of finding peace in the midst of their tumultuous lives.

“I have a lot of experience dealing with unfavorable and difficult situations, and I, of course, cannot help but express that through my music,” she said. “Yet while all my experiences have undoubtedly shaped me and, to some degree, my perception of the world, music has always been my center.  I have always held the artists who have inspired me in such a high regard, that if my music can speak to and help others find a commonality in knowing we are not alone, then that’s really the greatest thing I could hope to achieve – that and a steady head bob.”
