[New Mixtape] E-Reign - Future of New York Vol. 3 Hosted by @DjSmokemixtapes | @EreignESM

Emile Lapaix Jr., better known as E-Reign, is a hip hop artist from Long Island, New York. Introduced to hip hop culture at age 10, E-Reign began writing raps after being profoundly influenced by Nas, 2Pac and LL Cool J. Regardless of their career trajectories, all of these artists were born in New York and implemented that Big Apple flavor and mentality in all of their work, teaching E-Reign to keep the city close to him as he ventured out into the music industry and the world at large.

After originally starting out as part of a group recording in its basement with accessible resources, the rapper decided to take his solo career seriously, beginning to record hungrily and performing to improve his skill. Since then, E-Reign has been on a constant grind to establish himself in the industry, and lately the public has started to take notice; he was the recipient of the 2014 Forbes Music Inc. “Performance Artist of the Year” Award, was featured in The Source Magazine, The Hype Magazine and Hip Hop Weekly, and has had his records in radio rotations across the United States.

Throughout his journey, the rapper has been insistent on staying on top of his business and keeping his circle close to make sure that his career maintains dignity. In 2013, E-Reign and his engineer K Roc co-founded ESM Entertainment, an independent record label which manages and releases all of the rapper’s work.

In a short time, E-Reign has had over 50 performances across the East Coast, creating a rapport with Manhattan venues while promoting himself to larger audiences. This relentless work ethic and drive to push his career forward has allowed him to grace the stage alongside performers like DJ Kay Slay, Jae Millz and Jason Fox, among others.

E-Reign is currently preparing to tour overseas and promote his brand globally, as well as release his own clothing line, L3. The name stands for Longevity, Loyalty and Love, qualities that he exhibits in himself and looks to advocate throughout his career. The rapper also plans to release several singles in the upcoming months, further establishing his position as the Future of New York.

E-Reign began his Future of New York series in 2014, he released volume two in 2015. Make sure to stream & download Future of New York Vol. 1 and Vol 2. E-Reign is currently in rotation on WKMT Dagr8FM, Hard Body, Radio Supa, K100, ARS Atlanta, Dirty South Radio, and Dj M Breeze Radio.

We are back with Future of New York Vol 3 Hosted by Dj Smoke. You cn find this mixtape on your favorite mixtape site or just stream and download on Sound cloud below!!

R&B is making a major comeback, but not without newcomer KD Young Cocky. Known for his major placements as a songwriter with national artist including David Banner, Lil Durk, Dreezy and more, his new single “Lifestyle,” is a game changer for the RNB world. The infectious hook “Do you love me or do you love my lifestyle,” speaks to the intentions of women. [New Music] Dj Johnny Qwest - So Deep | @DjJohnnyQwest

DJ Johnny Qwest, aka J Qwest, aka Mr. Mash UP, is much more than just a DJ; he is a producer, entrepreneur and music mogul in the making. At a young age, Qwest recognized his passion for expression through sound as his father exposed him to records in the jazz, Motown, and classic rock realms. By age 13, he was following his love of music by teaching himself how to DJ.
It was from this moment, that he realized how music would ultimately become a very significant part of his life. Exploring every opportunity he could to express his love for music, Qwest enrolled at the Institute of Audio Research as a Audio Engineer major. Quickly, he knew that his contribution to music went deeper than simply recording and mixing, and so he embarked on a musical journey. Inevitably, Qwest began developing his DJ personality. With a renewed vigor, Qwest returned to his roots where he honed residencies at many of the hottest clubs in the city and worked on various independent production projects by day.
During this time, he mastered the art of synergy: blending beats across genres unparalleled to that of any other. His years of DJ experience have allowed him to work alongside some of the most influential acts in the industry. Today, J Qwest pushes forward from all of his music business angles.
He continues his career simultaneously acting as a DJ/Producer with his new independent release via LRT Entertainment “So Deep” on the way; developing new acts as well as; branching into T.V. He is also branching out further with the launch of his very own record label, ”Johnny Qwest Music”. Luckily for J Qwest, he has successfully learned how to capitalize on his passion, and so, we expect his future to go nowhere but up!

Florida singer-songwriter Villz scores a Pusha T feature on "Drugs."

Villz is a singer-songwriter from Florida whose most notable project to date is the 2014 Till The End Of Summer.

He returns today with a new single "Drugs" that features a lyrically exquisite verse from tha gawd Pusha T. Villz invites a potential love interest to come and do drugs with him, expertly navigates autotuned falsetto melodies like a a tightrope walker. Syk Sense and Fademajah uncork twisted harmonies that mesh well with Villz' somewhat anguished vocal bursts.

Dj Smoke broke this single first on his mixtape "Smoked Out Radio 48 (Hosted By E-Reign)"

[New Music] Psychosis Slim - Verses of Vengeance | @Psychosis_Slim @DjSmokeMixtapes

Psychosis Slim makes music which represents all the underdogs in life. He's not looking to please the mainstream. He's trying to stand up for the little guy and use his music to vent some of the frustration life brings us. I'm sure many can relate to that.

Slim left home at the early age of 17, he joined the Army and now has 3 years under his belt and is currently stationed in Hawaii. At 20 years old Slim is a husband, and a father to their 5 month old son.

This single "Verses of Vengeance" is from his new mixtape titled "Everyone's a Psycho". Verses of Vengeance is produced by Boundless Beats, and appears on Dj Smoke - Smoked Out Radio 48 hosted by E-Reign. Psychosis Slim is making a name for himself and he is an artist you need to check for!

Never hesitate to reach out and contact Psychosis Slim via email: psychosisslim@gmail.com, or Twitter @Psychosis_Slim. Make sure to stop by his site and sign up to his e-mail list on psychosisslim.com before you leave!

This Chicago artist is making waves! I see a bright future ahead of him as long as he keeps bringing the heat! If you're not up on Mr. Red you need to checkout some other hits like "Trappin" & "Plug'.
